FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Richard Powell
Richard has over 20 years of M&A and investing expertise as the Founder & Executive Chairman of APC Holdings. He has overseen the growth of APCH and its portfolio companies, which at their peak generated combined annual revenues of +US$2.0 billion and employed over 15,000 people globally. He also serves as Chairman of The RMP Group, leading the strategic planning and execution for the firm’s diverse global business and philanthropic interests. Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Sr. Manager Director of Project Black at Ariel Alternatives, a $1.5 billion private equity fund investing in middle-market suppliers to Fortune 500 firms. He is or has been actively involved in numerous non-profit boards and organizations, such as ACG Orlando and The Billion Dollar Roundtable and Nexus Global.
Richard has been featured in media outlets including CNBC, Wall Street Journal, M&A Advisor, the Orlando Business Journal and others, and has been recognized for his leadership and innovation in mergers and acquisitions. He was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and is a member of YPO. He holds a AB in Economics from Harvard University, where he was on the varsity Soccer & Track teams, and has completed coursework at MIT Sloan, Harvard Business School, and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.

Alex Parker
Alex currently serves as CEO of Sequential Technology International, a global provider of BPO, SaaS and Consulting services. Sequential Tech has an impressive list of clients including AT&T, Apple, Comcast, Cox, Lumen, Verizon, LegalZoom, Convey Heath, and others.
Prior to Sequential, Alex was an officer at AT&T and held numbers leadership roles, including P&L responsibility for a $3 billion business serving over 3.5 million customers in AT&T’s Georgia and South Carolina consumer markets where his team consisted of 1,300 employees in 90 corporate-owned retail locations, 120 authorized dealer locations and over 500 national retail locations. He oversaw capital investments, distribution strategy and local marketing.

Rachel Lucero
Rachel has over 15 years experience in mid-market M&A, capital markets, acquisition financing, and equities research. With a diverse background at Deloitte, BPI Capital, and UBS AG, she has worked internationally across various industries and financial products. Rachel has been involved in transactions ranging from $5 million to $1.5 billion in Canada, the United States, Latin America, Southeast Asia, and globally. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management (BSc) from De La Salle University, Manila, and a Master of Science in Finance (MSc) from Skema Business School, Paris, and has completed multiple coursework at Harvard Business School.

Alice Che
Alice has over 10 years of experience working in various accounting and finance functions. As a CPA, she has extensive public practice audit experience working at KPMG, and she also gained experience in corporate finance and due diligence services with the largest national accounting firm in Canada, MNP.
In a prior role, Alice was a Director for a boutique investment bank in the US and Latin America, and worked on deals up to $500M in value. She served as a technical accounting consultant for various public and private companies and acted as CFO for a multi-million logistics company in California.
